Our growing vacation destination community is ripe with opportunity for proclaiming the Gospel to the unsaved. The church strives to be as visible and inviting as possible to those who pass through our area. Community outreach programs include:
- Resort Ministries Golf Tournament: Coming in Fall 2009! HBC's Resort Ministries Team hosts a captain's choice golf tournament each year at Westlake Golf & Country Club. Individuals and teams are welcome.
- Kid-centered summers: Kids from the community flock to the fun and learning at Vacation Bible School, Children's Camp, and Sports Camp during the summer.
- Annual Community Pig Roast: Held in the fall on the church property, this free feast and gospel music festival is famous for stopping lake traffic on Route 122.
